You've seen Adrien, the head baker behind the business... I thought it was time to introduce the other half of the business: myself! 🙃

Last weekend, we did our first festival with the trailer, and I was able to join Adrien thanks to our amazing friends who took care of our munchkins. 🥰

Usually, I'm behind the scenes, doing all the paperwork and helping as much as I can with the prep. It was fun to be on the other side of it all and meet our lovely customers. It's really rewarding to see in action all our hard work appreciated. I can not thank you all enough. 💚

Today, Adrien is at the Westbank Farmers market with the trailer! It's his first time operating the trailer on his own, so be kind and patient with my sweet husband. 😉

Like we said it before, at @opetitfrancais, we like to support other local businesses. This is why we have some seasonal turnovers depending on the fruits available in the area. Featured this coming weekend will be the Peach Blueberry turnover, topped with crumble. Well, here is your answer. YES, there is a generous amount of cream inside, on top of the cream we put atop to get the almonds to stick. 🤤

For once, a post rather than a story, to say how thankful Adrien and I are for your support in our new family adventure. 🥰

I'm not going to sugarcoat it and pretend it's an easy road. Our products are all made from scratch by us with lots of love and care. Adrien works a full-time job on top of it all. He is up late most nights and wakes up before the sun. On the other hand, I am helping as much as I can while caring for our three wild kids and growing another life. We are both absolutely exhausted. 🥱

BUT we are also grateful because we see our hard work slowly starting to pay off. Your kind words every week at the markets lift our spirits up and make it all worth it. So, from the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU! 💚
