Our signature croissant is a testament to the beauty of simple, honest ingredients. Crafted with locally milled BC flour and a generous amount of fresh eggs and whole milk, each pastry is hand-laminated to create dozens of delicate, shattering crisp layers.
We bake them until they reach a deep, honeyed gold, revealing a tender, rich interior and a perfect buttery finish in every bite. Blissfully simple, with no hidden additives or preservatives—a little piece of France, baked right here in Kelowna.
