Our Almond Croissant is the ultimate French indulgence, prepared in the traditional twice-baked style. We take our signature egg-rich croissant, soak it in a light simple syrup, and fill it with a velvety, house-made almond frangipane.
Crafted with premium almond flour and thick heavy cream, our filling is elevated with a hint of lemon zest for a bright, sophisticated finish. Topped with toasted sliced almonds and baked a second time for an incredible crunch, it's a decadent, "clean" treat —handcrafted in Kelowna with zero artificial flavors or preservatives.
