The classic French treat, elevated. Starting with the same egg-rich, hand-laminated dough as our signature croissant, each Pain au Chocolat is filled with two premium Cacao Barry chocolate batons.

As it bakes, the chocolate softens into a rich, velvety center, perfectly balanced by the buttery, golden layers of our locally milled BC flour and fresh whole milk. It's a pure, decadent escape —handcrafted in Kelowna with no hidden additives or preservatives.
