Part of the Alpine Peak croissants trio, the Alpenglow Peak is a feast for the eyes and the palate. This striking bicolor croissant features alternating layers of our signature golden dough and a vibrant pink dough —naturally colored with beetroot powder and a touch of lemon juice.

Inside, you'll find a "heart" of house-made raspberry confiture. Crafted from pureed raspberries and brightened with fresh lemon, the filling is smooth, glossy, and bursting with real fruit flavor. On top, a white chocolate glaze covered with crushed freeze dried raspberry finishes the pastry beautifully.

It's a sophisticated, tart-and-sweet masterpiece —handcrafted in Kelowna with zero artificial colors or preservatives.
