Our lemon blueberry pound cake is dense, moist, and bursting with local blueberries sourced directly from a nearby farmer.We use both fresh lemon juice and zest to provide a vibrant citrus lift, balancing the richness of our all-butter sponge. Each cake is finished with a tangy, hand-drizzled lemon glaze and even more fresh zest. It’s a sunshine-filled, "clean" treat —handcrafted in Kelowna with zero artificial extracts or preservatives.
