Our signature croissant is a testament to the beauty of simple, honest ingredients. Crafted with locally milled BC flour and a generous amount of fresh eggs and whole milk, each pastry is hand-laminated to create dozens of delicate, shattering crisp layers. Our filled croissants are next level, specifically made for the French pastries' lovers.

Inside the raspberry filled croissant, you will find a heart of house-made raspberry confiture. Crafted from pureed raspberries and brightened with fresh lemon, the filling is smooth, glossy, and bursting with real fruit flavor. On top, a white chocolate glaze covered with crushed freeze dried raspberry finishes the pastry beautifully.

Inside the Nutella filled croissant, a decadent heart of smooth Nutella awaits, offering that classic, creamy hazelnut flavor. Finished with a delicate Nutella drizzle and a crunch of crushed toasted hazelnuts, it's a perfectly balanced, visual delight.

Inside the lemon meringue filled croissant, a vibrant tart lemon curd crafted in-house with fresh lemon awaits. On top, a delicate swirl of homemade Italian meringue adds a light, silky sweetness, beautifully finished with a crunch of crushed pistachios.

Blissfully simple, with no hidden additives or preservatives—a little piece of France, baked right here in Kelowna.
