This croissant is prepared in the traditional twice-baked style —filled and topped with a rich, house-made cinnamon butter.
We use golden yellow sugar for its delicate, honeyed sweetness, creating a soft, caramelized center that perfectly complements the warmth of premium cinnamon and our egg-rich dough. Topped with a crisp cinnamon-sugar crust, it's a comforting, "clean" indulgence —handcrafted in Kelowna with zero artificial flavors or preservatives.
