Apple no-fritter

Our signature twist on a bakery classic. We call it the "No-Fritter" because it’s baked, never fried, for a light, clean finish that lets the flavors shine. Each portion is hand-shaped into a perfect golden circle to ensure the ideal balance of pastry and fruit in every bite.

We take our hand-laminated croissant dough, toss it with golden yellow sugar and rich butter, and fold in generous helpings of our house-made apple filling. Featuring local BC Ambrosia apples roasted with pure Madagascar vanilla beans, this pastry is baked until the sugar caramelizes into every nook and cranny. We finish each one with a drizzle of our house-made salted caramel —crafted with heavy cream, real butter, and even more vanilla bean "caviar".  Handcrafted in Kelowna with zero artificial flavors or preservatives.
